Fany K Canales received a Master of Science with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and an undergraduate degree from the University of Northridge. Before pursuing a career in real estate, Fany owned a cleaning and management service for short term properties such as Airbnb’s. She also co-funded a construction company along with her husband who is a contractor, servicing developers in the Beverly Hill Flats and with her ADU division serving her neighborhood of Palos Verdes.

Fany resides in Torrance, Los Angeles with her husband Sergio and their sons Maximilian & Thadeo.
